our process
Design & cut
The process begins with creating detailed CAD designs that precisely outline your project specifications. These designs guide our laser cutting process, where materials are cut with high precision to form the basic shapes and components.
Machine & assemble
Once the parts are cut, they move on to bending and forming to achieve the desired shapes. Welding and machining are then performed to assemble and refine the components, ensuring they meet exact tolerances and structural requirements.
Abrasive & finish
After the parts are assembled, sandblasting is used to clean and prepare the surfaces for finishing. The final step is powder coating, which provides a durable, protective finish that enhances the appearance and longevity of the parts.
